I have been dropping E cards and on most blogs there are advertisements. I can usually look away but the past few days, I have been having trouble. Why? Because I love shoes.

Here is a picture of my husband trying to keep me out of a shoe store in Branson, Missouri. A man we didn’t even know was helping him by keeping the store door shut!

One might call me a shoe addict. I keep clicking on these advertisements and find myself drooling over shoes. Fortunately, I have been able to talk myself out of buying any but OMG! It is the end of the season. Sandals are on sale! I hear that song Help Me Rhonda in my head.

“Help Me, Rhonda” is a song written by Brian Wilson and Mike Love for their American rock band The Beach Boys. The song is the first Beach Boys song (with the exception of their Christmas Album) to feature a lead vocal by Al Jardine. It was released in March 1965 on the album Today! as “Help Me, Ronda”. By that time, it had already been re-recorded; this second recording was released as a single through Capitol Records in April 1965, re-titled with the more well-known “Rhonda” spelling.

The single peaked at number one in the United States, their second U.S. number one single after “I Get Around”.

Anyone who knows me knows that I absolutely love shoes. I love to look at them the way guys look over the cars at a car lot. I go down every aisle and become overwhelmed at all the choices.

I think I am in trouble. As most of you know, I am a shoeaholic. I LOVE SHOES. I found a wonderful online site, Infinity Shoes.com, that has a wild amount of shoes. The prices are great on every kind of shoe. They handle all my favorite brands and that means they have every style of shoe you could ever need or want. I love that they have a search box so you can find a type of shoe fast. I typed in Keds and found just what I have been wanting to wear with my green checked capris. (See the cute shoes in my picture.) At the price they are asking for those cute shoes, I can afford to buy another pair. Somebody stop me!

I looked over the Seychelles shoes but they are a bit retro for me. They would make a great birthday gift for my friend Jana who will 13 next week. She is very much into stylish things. Anyone who knows me, knows that I LOVE SHOES. I cannot have enough. If I find a style I like, I want it in every color. That is how I came to know about Zappos Shoes many years ago. I had bought a pair of shoes and they were so comfy that I wanted them in another color. The store didn’t have them but Zappos did and at a better price.
