Karen’s Opinion

because My Opinion Counts

A Pair in Every Color!

I was having a conversation with my hairdresser about how many pair of eyeglasses we have. We both have a pair in the car, in the bathroom, on our nightstands and above the kitchen sink. I don’t think we are alone in having multiple pair because, in today’s newspaper, there was a cartoon showing how the lady had a pair of eyeglasses in every nook and cranny of her house! That cartoon verifies it! LOL I have been known to, unknowingly, keep a pair of glasses on the cushion of my chair.

Since I am as blind as a bat without my glasses, I might as well enjoy wearing glasses. I love to have my glasses match my outfits. With the low prices at Zenni Optical, I can afford to have fun with my glasses. I don’t have to worry about getting the correct prescription when ordering and I know that Zenni only sells quality frames. I suppose not having a middleman and low overhead allows them to sell their frames at such low prices. My insurance doesn’t pay anything towards eye care so I am so glad I can get stylish, durable frames at Zenni. Now, if I could only stop sitting on them!

What A Weekend

My son and his wife bought a house! I am so excited for them. We helped them move all the stuff they had in their apartment to the new house. Luckily, they have a basement in the new house because they have a lot of stuff. It is good stuff! They cleaned and got rid of a ton of stuff but you know how it is. You have seasonal clothes, bake ware you only use during a holiday, etc.. Some things you are going to need!

During the move, I bumped my glasses and now I will be taking advantage of the wonderful buy 2 pairs get the 3rd pair free (equal or less value) promotion on all eyeglasses at Zenni Optical. How lucky am I that they decided to hold their biggest promotion ever when I am in need of a new pair of glasses! Now I can have two backup pair and not find myself in this predicament again. Zenni offers high quality complete prescription eyeglasses at low prices. I wish they offered new muscles at low prices. I climbed so many stairs this weekend, I don’t think my legs and back will ever be right again. LOL

Adding to the Holiday Spirit

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Zenni Optical for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Do you know what makes me the happiest when I set out to do my Christmas shopping? It is when I can get a great value for my money.

Zenni Optical understands how important it is to make every dime count when spending our hard earned money. I have told you about my horrific experiences with our local optometrists array of expensive frames and eyeglass service. I love my optometrist but when it comes to the eyeglass and frame part, I use Zenni. One of my pet peeves when purchasing anything is having to pay for "extras". Look at what is included in your purchase when you buy from Zenni Optical.

Even though I refer to my Zenni's as, cheap eyeglasses, I don't have to skimp on quality and I get excellent service when ordering. Just think what one can save when buying eyeglasses from Zenni. I know that with a few extra coins in my pocket, I can buy a whole Friends dvd set and not have to buy just one or two of my favorites! It is so hard to choose from all the classics!

I want these frames! Wouldn't these red frames look good with my Santa hat?

Get to Zenni and pick out which frames you like. It would be fun if you'd let me know which ones are your favorites by leaving me a message in my comments.

Happy Holidays from me and Zenni Optical!

Do Your Eyes Need Assistance?

This is the quilt pattern that I am working on at the moment. It is called, Hearts and Gizzards and is a real doozy to put together. I had to have my husband help me line up the blocks! It might be difficult because the colors have to be turned a certain way in order for the flower to appear. I choose to believe it is because my eyeglasses need to be updated.

Have you had your eyes tested in a while? There are new posts on Facebook that have a message hidden in a picture. Have you tried to figure out what they say? Do you find that your eyes dry out when watching television? These are but a few examples of reasons to have your eyes examined.

You don’t need to put it off because of cost. Zenni Optical prides themselves on the ability to provide quality glass frames at economical prices. Thank goodness! When other optical businesses rely on paying the rent by selling outlandishly expensive frames, Zenni has low overhead and ship their glasses directly from their own factories. Check out the beautiful, stylish frames that Zenni has to offer and enjoy all the puzzles presented to you!

Eyes and Ears

Eyes and ears are so important. When they don’t feel right, I don’t feel right. Remember yesterday when I said my head felt fuzzy? Well, I went to the doctor today and discovered that my ears are full of crud. They are crackling and making my equilibrium off kilter. Not fun.

I have felt this way when I have gotten new glasses and the prescription is not quite right. That is why it is important to go to a professional when buying new glasses or prescription sunglasses.

I have been a fan of Clark Howard, the renowned money expert, who advises those of us looking for the best value in products and services. I prefer to receive the best quality product for the lowest price, which is what Clark Howard has written about in his book, “Living Large in Lean Times.” I was pleasantly surprised to see that Clark Howard sings the praises of buying eyeglasses online via ZenniOptical.com. Well, I have known for years that Zenni is the best place to buy my glasses and now, even the experts in saving money are discovering Zenni.

Check out Zenni and get the best for your money. Feel good and look good too. Take care of your eyes and ears.
