In the Mood

I am so IN THE MOOD to get together with other quilters and see what they have been doing these past few months. Our quilt guild takes a break during November, December and January so I have not seen my quilting buddies. We meet tonight! I am taking a few things that I have made for show and tell.

I made this table topper for the end table in my office.

I made this table cloth for the oak table in our lodge room.

Foggy Brain

Does your brain seem more foggy when there is snow on the ground and the day is dreary? I am so sleepy and am finding it hard to get motivated today. I did finish a purse for a customer. I am going to have to buy more of this fabric because I barely had enough to make this bag. It is the fourth purse I have made out of this fabric so I think that others like it too!

Sale, Sale, Sale

Hey, if you are stocking up on gifts for next Christmas, I have lowered the price on one of my Christmas purses. This purse measures 16″ w x 8″ tall and has a 4″ depth.

The handles have a 10″ drop and measure 25″ from handle end to handle end. It fits great over the shoulder or to carry by the handles. The outside pocket is great for grabbing keys and cell phones quickly. It is quilted heavily with batting and is a sturdy well made purse. The handles are reinforced with double stitching and I used two thicknesses of timtex to make them very durable. It closes with a heavy duty zipper.
