Top Droppers

I don’t know about you but, as an Entrecard dropper, I am always excited to see my blog listed as a top dropper on someone’s blog. I know, I need to get a life but I actually read the blogs I drop on and have pared down my drops to only 27 of my favorite blogs. Here are the bloggers who have dropped the most on My Opinion Counts. Thanks guys!

Free Laptop Through Charter’s Back to School Campaign

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Charter. All opinions are 100% mine.

Laptop1There are a lot of schools that are facing budget issues because of the economy. It’s kind of a scary time, but technology is continuing to advance and our students are at risk of being left behind because their schools can’t afford to keep up. Especially if they want to go to college, they could be at a disadvantage in their classes because they have not been exposed to the technology they need to use. This is a problem that needs addressed. Luckily, Charter Communications is doing something to help by offering their contest, the laptop-a-day giveaway, which will provide technology for two lucky schools. Plus, you could personally be a winner, too. Starting August 16 and going through September 20, ordering any Charter service automatically gives you a chance to win and get up to $300 cash back, or you can register online with no purchase necessary. You should nominate your favorite school and like Charter on Facebook. Charter will announce the two winning schools on September 27. I hope whatever schools are awarded the prizes through this inspirational contest are well deserving schools with worthy students who know how lucky they are to receive such an awesome gift through an inspirational contest.Visit my sponsor: Charter is giving Free laptops to Schools

WeReward Is Easy!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Chops I have written reviews for many years for a wonderful company, IZEA. This company is known for their innovative attitude. They are the force behind Social Spark, the company that pays writers to review products and/or blog about various things in turn for payment. They also pay us for Tweeting out information. Their newest venture is a new mobile application called WeReward. All you have to do is Download the App to your iPhone. Then, by visiting businesses or carrying out simple tasks, you are offered the ability to get cash!

The following video shows how the process works:

The process is simple so check it out at WeReward.com and get started! If you are like my son, you use your iPhone all the time anyway so why not connect to a social network and make some extra cash? This venture is going to grow and hopefully, include more merchants as the word gets out. Get started on the ground floor and reap the benefits of WeReward. Watch your PayPal account grow as you do the things you routinely do in everyday life. Visit a business on the WeRewards list, claim your reward and earn some cash! What a concept!!!

Why Ning, Why?

I belong to a group called, Creative Bloggers. This group brought together crafters like me. We would visit each other’s websites to get to know each other and spread the word about each other’s websites and crafts. I received an email from the leader of our group that bore sad news. I went to Ning’s website where I found this information.

New plans and pricing announced! We’re focusing 100% on paying Ning Networks and will begin phasing out our free service in July. Get a sneak peek at upcoming plans.

I don’t understand how sites like this work so I can’t say I blame them or fault them. I just know how it effects me. Does anyone have a simple explanation of why Ning would need to only have paying networks? Please enlighten me.
