Wearing Rambler’s Way Wool Garments

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Ramblers Way. All opinions are 100% mine.

Rambler's Way logoI can remember complaining that certain clothes were so uncomfortable because they made me itch. My poor mom! I am sure she had to tune out my whining. I don’t think I ever bought wool clothes for my kids for that reason. I hated wool and hated whining. Well, my attitude toward wool is changing.
Rambler's way
Rambler’s Way uses modern technology to make wool a smooth and luxurious yarn. This yarn is used to produce comfortable ultra-light garments. These garments not only keep you warm but, because they breathe naturally, are ones you can wear year-round. Even when worn next to my skin, they do not make me itch.

Made in America, Rambler’s Way is set on doing everything the “natural way”. Their wool is treated with a patented enzyme treatment and is not washed in chlorine the way a lot of companies treat their wool. This enzyme treatment keeps the garment from shrinking and get this, their garments are FULLY WASHABLE! No big dry cleaning bills for those of us who love the look of wool garments.

Check out Rambler’s Way for beautiful wool garments that are comfortable. I have changed my attitude towards wool but I still hate whining. Buying soft light-weight garments from Rambler’s Way cuts out the whining.

Happy Plants

Do you know anything about hydroponics? I have noticed that since I put my plants out in the room that does not have air conditioning they are going crazy. I think they like the humidity of that room. Yucko! I hate humidity. It might be all the windows that let in a lot of sun that make the plants happy. I don’t know for sure why but I am happy they are thriving. I tend to have a brown thumb. I have heard that it is really good for your immune system to have plants.

Demand to Watch Your Shows

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Charter. All opinions are 100% mine.

When we were told that our television services were going to change, I was upset. I don’t like change! It would be one more thing to get used to without a positive return, or so I thought.

I have been pleasantly surprised because Charter TV in Digital has a lot to offer. The best thing about it is that we can catch up on our favorite television shows. I always hate to be inside on a beautiful summer night just to watch the latest episode of 24 and now I don’t have to be chained to their time slot. I can go to the On Demand home page and find many of the shows I enjoy. Just this past week, my daughter was visiting and had a friend stay with us. Her friend has a five-year-old daughter who was thrilled that we could use On Demand so she could watch iCarly and Hannah Montana. The listings for movies, premium movies, music, kids TV, HD programming seems endless.

If you are on Facebook, I hope You will ‘Like’ their Facebook page as well as you learn how they have a made a huge commitment to our military families. Their high-speed internet service and free webcams allow more communication amongst those who serve our country.

3. What’s your favorite type (not flavor) of potato chip? Ruffles

4. What size spoon do you usually eat soup with at home?I use a big soup spoon.

Hampton Inn Chain of Friends Sweepstakes

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Hampton Hotels. All opinions are 100% mine.

Whenever we travel, we are always on the lookout for a good place to stay. We have always had great accommodations at any Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at and the great breakfast they offer is right up our alley! Their pool always looks inviting but we have yet to take the time to use it. Like I said, we are on the road and always in a hurry. One of these days, I want to make reservations to stay at the Hampton Inn in Gatlinburg, TN. I know we will get a comfy bed in a clean room when staying there. We will also have some time to relax around the pool. I can dream can’t I?
Maybe my dream can come true! Right now, during the Hampton Chain of Friends Sweepstakes, I might win a free stay. Yes, during this giveaway, participants have a chance to win a free weekend stay for themselves and 100 of their friends at any Hampton Inn. Wouldn’t that be a blast? I would invite all my quilting lady friends to stay during the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg quilt festival that takes place every year. With the offering of 100 friends on the table, they could even bring their husbands! I can imagine sharing all our fabric purchases as we lounge around the pool.

Who would you invite if you won this fabulous sweepstakes? Where would you go? Be sure to enter so you have a chance to win!
