Why am I under my desk? Because, when the storm was nearing, I unplugged everything before lighting could zap my computer. After the storm, I needed my computer in order to see what the time was. Now, that is ridiculous! I seriously need a watch.

This picture was taken from my front porch last evening. I thought we might have to stay in the basement for a while because the weather reports were giving information about tornado sightings in our area. Thankfully, none of them touched down near us. We had enough damage to homes in our area last weekend. It is eerie to drive by those homes and see all the debris. Tornadoes are very scary.

My sister has a friend who has a Silky Terrier. We really didn’t know what kind of dog that was so of course we had to find out! I love being able to find out things on the Internet.

The Silky Terrier is often confused with a Yorkie, but in reality, the Silky is larger and more closely related to the Australian Terrier. A friendly, joyful temperament and the lovely blue and tan coat make him an ideal companion. This portable pooch can adapt well to any living situation, but make sure you have the time to devote to them – they do not like to be ignored, preferring to play fetch or go on walks with their family. Silkys are keen and energetic, so it’s best to keep them occupied. The breed must also be bathed and brushed on a regular basis.

I cannot believe that I am hungry but I always get hungry for a good snack when I watch television in the evening.
