Hormel Recipe to Cheer On the Dawgs
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Hormel Foods. All opinions are 100% mine.
Hubby has decided, and I agreed, that we need to have a party! In celebration of Butler’s victory and their entry into the final four basketball tournament, it is time to party! This Saturday is the Final Four tourney that will be held in Indianapolis. Sorry to say, we cannot afford tickets to attend the game being held so close to our home so, we will do the next best thing: watch the game in the comfort of our living room. Our friends are caught up in our enthusiasm and so we will all gather and cheer on the Bulldogs.
Now, to plan this affair. The only thing I really need to do is make sure our Butler sweatshirts are clean and plan what food I will make.
My son introduced me to mini corn dogs this past weekend and they are a must have on the menu. I also plan to have one of the staples from my childhood, Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. There is a terrific recipe at the hormel website. Hormel’s recipe site is where I find many of my favorite recipes for holidays and celebrations. My mom made yummy Beef Roast Au Jus sandwiches similar to these so I know they will fill everyone up and be easy to prepare.

Hormel® chili and Dinty Moore® products were always a staple in our house while growing up. In fact, I can remember wanting to eat Hormel® chili because a certain, cute, popular, football celebrity promoted it! Hey, I was a teenage girl and pretending to like football was my goal.
I hope you are all as excited as we are about the NCAA tournament and, even if you are not, enjoy comfort foods from recipes using Hormel® chili and Dinty Moore®.
