Change and Never Change
The first thing I saw when I logged into this blog was that an upgrade is available. Yes, WP 2.9.2 is ready to be loaded. It does not strike fear into my well being as it used to before the plugin to do it automatically. I love new inventions that make life easier!
One thing that will never change and of which I am grateful is my love for chocolate. The latest news touts the benefits of dark chocolate. I will be ever grateful for the notion that I am eating healthier whilst downing another piece of Valentine’s Day chocolate. Life is so good.

Join us at Heads or Tails where the theme this week is:
HEADS – “Light”
~OR~
TAILS – “Dark”

I think like most things, it’s okay in moderation. But can we be moderate with chocolate?

What a great way response to “Light or Dark!” And while I prefer dark chocolate, light is certainly better than a poke in the eye, isn’t it?

Oh my … I LOVE chocolate. My first job at 15 was working at a Helen Grace Candies store. I think I ate most of their profits. Thanks for stopping by my blog… and no you won’t get seasick on a houseboat. They’re waaaay tooooo big.

I am definitely a milk chocolate gal… the creamy, melt in your mouth European type that is, definitely not the Hershey’s kind.

Dark chocolate has become my favorite and it’s heart healthy (assuming a lot of other factors of course). Also thanks for the expression of confidence in 2.9.2. I’ve been holding off upgrading a whole series of blogs from 2.8.6 only because one of my favorite plugins hadn’t made the grade to 2.9. You’ve reminded me to check on that, thanks!

Oh my! Working in a candy store sounds like a dream job. Thanks for the tip about the houseboat seasickness. I hope I am not the exception and turn green, if I ever get the chance to vacation on one.

Which plugin have you been needing them to add before upgrading?

I love any chocolate! But, I have grown fond of a good dark chocolate. I love the flavor, and it is not too sweet!

The darkest the chocolate is my favorite and has always been that way because it isn’t as sweet. I’ve always said that it had more antioxidants which were good for us which was always my excuse to eat it
Next favorite is the white chocolate, then very deal last milk chocolate and very sparingly if I can help it.

Whoever concocted this food that we call chocolate ought to be given the award as “all time favorite”. Despite the odds against my health (I’m dealing with obesity), I can’t stop myself from indulging a “bite or two”. Just an expression because eventually, one bite leads to another, and another, and another, and before I knew it I had consumed a lot. I love the dark ones and for my sake I am on the lookout for less sugar and less calorie. Otherwise, I shun myself.
