The Best

I am way past the stage in my life where having babies is a possibility. I do enjoy sniffing the heads of new babies and I especially love to look at their pearl like toes. Babies are adorable.
I was curious about breast feeding after reading a Facebook entry from a friend’s daughter. She is in agony because she is breast feeding and her breasts hurt. I wondered why she doesn’t just give up. I did a search and put in the words “facts about breast feeding”. I learned more reasons why it is important to breast feed. I thought the nutritional value was the only value.
I think it is very important to breastfeed. However, it is not always possible to breastfeed. Many moms feed their babies by using formula. This is a good and healthy alternative. Did you know that there is no generic for baby formula? All formula must meet standards that are regulated by the FDA.
You can use the Parent’s Choice baby formula calculator to find out the real financial benefit of using Parent’s Choice Infant Formula. There is no nutritional reason to buy the much more expensive formulas! The Parent’s Choice website can help you decide what is best for your baby and save money while at it!
It all boils down to choosing the best for you and your family.

Great information. I too am past the baby stage and my grandchildren are just past the formula or breastfeeding stage too. Thanks for taking the time to keep us informed and up to date on the topic.

I nursed the oldest, however the youngest thought that nursing time was sleeping time and wasn’t gaining any weight, so I had to switch to the bottle.
What ever works best for the baby is the right thing to do, but sore breasts would definitely be a turn off for me.

I have a lot of nephews (lots of bigger brothers) and most of them have breast-fed babies. I think if you see it for yourself, you’ll know it’s better. I don’t know why, must be of the better quality, the natural milk that the mother produces, the bond that is created between them, the healthier lifestyle, I don’t know. But kids who have been breast-fed are just happier, smarter, and more athletic. And I think that cheapest baby formula is of course, mom’s milk. So why not?

The way you feed your baby is such a personal decision, and I don’t think breastfeeding is for everyone. I plan to pump and supplement with formula so Lucy is used to both.

“I do enjoy sniffing the heads of new babies and I especially love to look at their pearl like toes. Babies are adorable.” – I share the same feeling too. I always look forward to seeing babies everyday. They are just so adorable and cute that I find myself being with real-life angels…well, they are angles indeed!
Kelly is also very right when she said that “kids who have been breast-fed are just happier, smarter, and more athletic. And I think that cheapest baby formula is of course, mom’s milk.”

Although I believe in nursing, I would never force my opinion on another woman. It’s good to know that people are learning more about the prices of formula and that all of them are made the same, even the most expensive. It can certainly save a lot of people money.
