Janet Writes My Kind of Book

Janet Evanovich’s book,
- Plum Lucky
is sitting on my nightstand. It is the next book I plan on reading and I cannot wait! I love Janet Evanovich’s books.
Janet Evanovich (born Janet Schneider, April 22, 1943, in South River, New Jersey) is an American writer. She began her career writing short contemporary romance novels under the pen name Steffie Hall, but gained fame authoring a series of contemporary mysteries featuring Stephanie Plum, a lingerie buyer from Trenton, New Jersey, who becomes a bounty hunter to make ends meet after losing her job. The fifteen novels in this series consistently top the New York Times Best Seller list. I have helped in that cause!

I think I have read all of those books. I enjoyed them they were fun.

I feel my parents prevented me from enjoying books because they never let me read in bed! Most of my friends read in bed but I just fall asleep! And I’m too busy during the day to read. So I’ve joined a book club. This forces me to read at least one book a month and I love the heated discussions. I’ll be suggesting your title to the club!

I’ve only read a few of the books in this series myself, they were all quite good. A good friend is an Evanovich nut and reads every book the moment it comes out. Good thing she’s a librarian or she’d be broke.

I love Janet Evanovich! I read Plum Lucky, and Plum Spooky. I just bought “To The Nines” to read in the airport next week. Her books are so addictive!

I hate to admit this, but out of all the types of books that I like to read, mysteries are ones that I don’t like. But, I’ve heard great things about Janet Evanovich. I think that my Mom has read a lot of her books.
