I think we are ready. Ready for the wedding on Saturday. As the parents of the groom, we don’t have near as much to remember as I am sure the bride’s parents do. I would definitely have to make a list. I just have a pile.

I can’t wait to see everyone who is coming for the wedding. That is the fun part of weddings; seeing people and catching up. I just hope I remember to ask Katie why they moved and who is watching my nephews tanning shop. Important stuff!

I am learning things from watching What Not to Wear on television. It helps that I watch while I am on the treadmill at the gym. Way to go me! Sorry, but I have to motivate myself to keep going that extra fifteen minutes.

I had no idea that there was such a thing as “Mom Jeans.” I didn’t know that you aren’t supposed to wear jeans with a waistband around your neck and that are not flared. Those are the type of jeans hanging in my closet. I need help.

Perhaps golfing is your idea of relaxing vacation. You will be thrilled with the Payne Stewart Golf Course.
