Heads or Tails 94

This week’s Heads or Tails is to make any kind of post using the theme/prompt “Tune.” The first thing that popped into my head was Tommy Tune! Does anyone remember him? He began his career as a dancer in Broadway shows and was the choreographer for many popular musical productions. He is unusually tall for a dancer. Tune’s film credits include Hello, Dolly! (1969) and The Boy Friend with Twiggy (1971). That is where I first heard his name. I am trying to find out more about his work with Twiggy. Have you ever heard of Twiggy? I am showing my age. LOL

   Boy talk about a blast from the past!! whew I forgot al about him…I do remember the name now!!!
   So what happened to those two anyway?
   I enjoyed the post!
   This was my first week of Memes…I did 3… whew.

   Yes, I’ve heard of Twiggy, and Tommy Tune, too – though that’s about all. I didn’t really know anything about him.

   I guess I’m going to show my age too! I remember Twiggy very well. I remember that she was THE model of her time. All the magazine covers she was on. I remember Tommy too but not quite as well.

    Can’t say I know who he is, but I do know who Twiggy is.
    Gotta admit though, when I first read your post, I thought you were mentioning Tommy 2 Tone – ya know , Jenny I got your number…. 867-5309. Eh, guess I’m definitely a product of the 80′s.

    I remember Twiggy and Hello Dolly but not Tommy Tune. I thought it was Tommy Steele that played with Twiggy. So long ago! Thanks for the visit
