I am disappointed in myself today. I am usually a very organized person. I plan my trips to the basement, taking what is needed all in one trip. I plan my drives into town and try to make all my purchases and deliveries in one swoop. That was not the case today. I drove into town to get dog food. I came home and remembered that I needed to pick up the dry cleaning. Back I went. I only have one afternoon off per week and that means getting all my errands run during that time. I am irritated at myself and don’t want to figure out how much gas I used running back and forth in what could have been done in one trip.
I think that hubby and I need to start looking for a car that doesn’t use a lot of gas. Especially nowadays with the price of gas always on the rise, it might be best to get a less-expensive cars for local driving.
