Scrubbing to Fun
I don’t know where today went! I suddenly got the urge to scrub the grout in the bathroom tile. What a job. I make a paste with water and Comet and use a toothbrush to scrub the scunge off of the grout and tile. It was looking bad. Then I kept on cleaning. Somebody needed to stop me. I finally stopped after I took a shower and didn’t want to get sweaty.
We are having beautiful weather today. Yesterday was one of those days that when you step outdoors, the heat takes your breath away. I think it rained during the night but not enough to make our brown grass turn green. I hope the weather tomorrow is mild like today. It isn’t too hot and there is a nice breeze. I will be traipsing around a big craft festival tomorrow. It can be miserable when it is too hot. This is probably my 20th year visiting the Arts and Crafts Festival at Amish Acres in Nappanee, Indiana.
There are literally hundreds of craft booths at this fair. They have crafts of quality and not just throw it together stuff. They must sell a certain amount of product or they will not be invited back to the festival so it pays to have things that craft attendees want. Something that other craft shows lack that this festival has is fantastic displays of art. Artists display their oil, water color and pencil drawings outdoors where we can watch them as they produce. It is a fun festival that offers homemade ice cream to be eaten beside a beautiful pond.

I have many opinions about many things. Let me know what you think.

That is a good idea! I’m tired of buying something from an arts and crafts fair only to have it fall apart a month later.
