I have found a great place which offers many of the brands and models scattered over the internet. They have great prices and all of their portable tv's are 12 volt and have the digital tuner built right in. Most also have DVD players built in. They are at wwwdot12volt-travel.com. Enjoy the open road and don't worry so much about gas prices. It was a blast. It was so comfortable to travel in, slept all of us comfortably, and was just all around convenient. One day when I'm rich I am definitely buying one -- it would be great to have. My parents had one when I was growing up and they made family trips even better. I could sleep, read, or watch video tapes (ha, that made me feel old) of Saturday morning cartoons while my parents took turns driving. I had never stayed in a hotel until I was 12 years old.
