I Must Have FitFlops

Yay! Tomorrow is the Indianapolis 500 race and for the first time ever, I will be sitting in the grandstands to watch the race. It is supposed to be in the high 70′s and I have decided to wear my sandals and shorts. We have to walk quite a distance and I sure wish I had some Fitflops. I have been reading on my friend’s blogs about a new type of shoe by SweatyBetty called Fit Flops. Their micro wobbleboard™ technology gives you a workout while you wear them! Can you imagine toning your leg and butt muscles while you walk? These shoes are all the rage in the U.K. and I know they are going to be a big hit here in the states. I want a red pair. I think I need the chocolate color to go with my khakis. Isn’t it written somewhere that black is necessary for every wardrobe?

I don’t know about you but I cannot wear cheap flip flops when I plan to do any walking. They are ok for yard work but for daily walking, it has to be a well made shoe or I am in agony. A Fit Flop is specially molded for comfort and is engineered to give you a workout while you walk,. FitFlops are so darn cute that they are a fashion must-have for me! I cannot wait to get a pair, or two, or three. Hey! I will be exercising! Heading for the SweatyBetty website to get some FitFlops!

   Very cute flip flops. I can’t wear those because I need some support around my ankle otherwise I feel like my shoes are going to fall off. I hope you had a great time at the race!

   hmmm, I dont much care for things inbetween my toes tho, heeheehee. But the pic looks good, much much better than those ‘in-style’ cheapo flat nothing to them ones! Hope you had fun at the Race, looked like an interesting one on the boob tube for sure !

   They sure look good and feel good. Only thing I mind about them that they have high platform. I haven’t use to that so it bothers me a bit. Be careful when running in those flip flops, things can get pretty shaky
