AhChoo!
I am sick again. I thought I was almost over this cold that had me losing my voice and basically feeling miserable. Friday and Saturday were wonderful days. I was doing so good until I weeded the bushes on Sunday. Now I am feeling crummy again. I think I will be resigned to stay inside and enjoy the yard from looking out the windows.
I have already replaced most of my indoor plants with silk plants because they don’t give off pollen particles and don’t need to be watered. The quality of silk plants and trees is so wonderful that it is hard to tell the difference between the real and artificial plants. I think that the real plants are thankful not to be brought into my house. I have a brown thumb and tend to send live plants to their grave. I have been amazed to see the one real plant in my living room that has been able to live under my care.
There is something about plants and trees that make my home feel cozy. I like the softness they give a room. The add a special touch to every room. Hanging baskets and pots of trees add a flair of design to any home.

Hi Karen, thanks for dropping by my blog on Four Foods for Friday….you’re right, Sonic surely missed the boat by giving up the chocolate covered shakes…I miss them.
As for silk flowers…I’d probably figure out a way to kill them with my black thumb! I have a FEW bits and pieces of silk flowers…my wedding bouquet (and the remaining flowers I’d bought to have it made) is the only one that seems to survive.

I love silk plants, I don’t have to remember to water them!

Ah…but *I* could….I’ve managed to totally tear my wedding bouquet apart…it’s only holding on by pure luck, lol!
