My Favorite Piece of Pie
As my introduction into playing Heads or Tails, I have decided to write about my piece of pie. This week’s theme on Heads or Tails is “Peace” or “Piece.”
My favorite kind of pie is Sugar Cream. It is made different ways and has different tastes. My favorite one was from Billy’s Pie Shop. They went out of business. I tried my best to keep them in business. LOL They had plenty of business really. I think that Billy got tired of making pies. So sad.
Sugar cream pie is simply a pie shell spread with layers of creamed butter and maple or brown sugar with a sprinkling of flour, then filled with vanilla-flavored cream and baked.

I’ve seen this and always think I want to try it – looks yum-ola! Then, some other pie edges its way in and on to my plate INSTEAD!

I am glad I just ate lunch, because if I had an empty stomach, I’d go STARK RAVING MAD at that photo of pie. WOW that looks good!

Anyways, I just realized that I got the roses post confused with WW.
LOL — need my java jolt to get my mind going.
I have never heard of sugar cream pie. I have never seen it in the stores around here. I will have to look or even BAKE one myself just to taste it. Sounds like something my husband would like, even my children who are very fussy.
