Take Care of Your Feet
After spending 6 months in surgical boots because of surgery on my feet, I take extra good care of my tootsies. I am careful to buy shoes that have rounded toes so that my feet aren’t squished and fit more naturally into my shoes. I also wear cotton socks so that the sweat I produce is reduced. That keeps my feet dry and free of conditions that come about from sweaty feet. My feet also smell better when I wear cotton socks. There are so many things you can do to keep your feet healthy. There is a website with a wealth of good information on keeping your feet healthy. OurHealthNetwork.com also has information with exercises that stretch the muscles in our feet. That keeps our feet from developing strain and other problems. We should treat our feet like the other parts of bodies and remember a few simple steps to keeping them healthy. Many people do not realize that something as enjoyable as gardening can cause problems for our feet. To find out more about how to take care of your feet go to OurHealthNetwork.com.

I’m 6′4″ and over 300 lbs and I can tell you that, yes, taking care of my feet is a priority. Unfortunately I don’t have a proper gait so I’m going to have to have that looked at because how your feet hit the ground affects so many other parts of your body.
