Sick Boy
I feel so bad for my son. He came home from Ohio to see our family dentist. Unbeknownst to me, he has wisdom teeth that are growing in crooked. The pesky teeth bite into his cheeks and have done some damage. The cheek on his left side has become infected. I feel bad because when he first told me about the problem, I thought it was a case of biting the cheek a few times and he could just get over it. I had no idea the extent of the problem. I am a terrible mom. I was so unsympathetic. I should have guessed how bad it was when he traded shifts at his job so he could have time to see the dentist. He will have to teach at 8 am twice this week. He wouldn’t have traded hours with that person if it wasn’t bad. My son is not a morning person.
Greg also has a cold. He began coughing last night and feels like he has rocks in his throat. At least the antibiotics that the dentist gave him for his mouth infection will help him get over the sore throat at the same time. My poor baby. I did make him chicken noodle soup today before he had to drive back to Ohio.

I’m sorry your son is feeling so bad. Wisdom teeth can be just nasty can’t they?
