The Show is Lower than Scum
Have you ever seen the movie, Idiocracy? It is a movie about a man who is selected by the Pentagon to be the guinea pig for a top-secret hibernation program. Forgotten, he awakes 500 years in the future. He discovers a society so incredibly dumbed-down that he’s easily the most intelligent person alive. This movie sent a message that if we do not speak up about things, those things will doom us.
For that reason, I have to speak out. There is a new show on television. It is called The Moment of Truth. From the FOX Television website: THE MOMENT OF TRUTH will put participants to the test — the lie detector test — to reveal whether or not they are telling the truth for a chance to win half a million dollars.
This show has scumbags who tell their dirt in hopes of winning money. This show would have us believe that society is like the people on this show. I am here to tell you that no one I know would ever stoop to act like the people on this show. They would never hurt their loved ones with the things these people say. This show is sickening and should be stopped.

I cannot agree with you more. I hate everything about this show and the fact that so many people have no issues “telling the truth” at the risk of hurting their friends, family, and loved ones is horrible.
What kind of moral do these people have that they have so many terrible hurting secrets and are willing to share them for the sake of money?
