Getting Fit with FitReach
I have felt like crap the past few days. I don’t know if I got a touch of the flu bug that is going around. I don’t think that was my problem. I think it is that I have been going to bed too late and then I don’t want to get up and exercise. These extra pounds are making me feel draggy. They have to go.
FitReach is a great way to keep track of your exercise and weight loss goals. I think it will keep me accountable to work at my goal each day because I will have a way to watch my progress. FitDiary has just the type of plan I like because I love working with accounts. I can fill in my stats in my own online training diary and monitor everything for my individual plan. I think I will enjoy the community aspect of this program. I can talk with others and see what has worked for them. That will save me from wasting my time working on certain exercises and food monitoring systems only to find that they are not what works.
I can actually break up my goals and monitor each section individually. For instance, I can monitor muscle gain as well as weight loss. The diet assistant will help me so that I don’t burn out eating the same boring things all the time. This free service is going to help me reach my goal. All I have to do is sign up!
