Easter Is Early
Do you realize that Easter is in March this year? It is March 23rd which is only three and a half weeks away. I love Easter because it brings hope that spring is just around the corner. My kids are getting older but I still like to find little things and make up an Easter basket for them. We have a tradition in our house of coloring eggs and then putting the eggs in our shoes. The Easter bunny finds the eggs in our shoes and leaves us gifts. I do not know where this tradition got started. I need to ask my mother in law.
Easter gives me another excuse to buy clothes and other things for my kids. Not that I need a reason, mind you. Coupon Chief helps me save money on my purchases. I have a thing against buying chicks and bunnies for Easter but I do like to dote on my dogs and found a great coupon code for Petsmart. My dogs love little stuffed toys that squeak and I find the perfect sized ones at Petsmart. I also found a $4.00 off coupon for Mrs. Beasley’s bakery by checking at Coupon Chief. Yummy! I’m not ready for Easter. I want it to be warmer first. I bought my girls matching spaghetti strap dresses that I’ll have to cover with sweaters if it doesn’t warm up!

I know. I always hated it when the kids had to wear coats on Easter Sunday.
