My Head Hurts
I have had the headache from Hell today. The kind that when you move your head you can feel your brain. I am not sure what caused it but I wonder if it is from the allergy shot I got yesterday. My arm is still red from that shot.

No, I didn’t go to the doctor. Do you think I should let my allergist know about that reaction?
