I have noticed that when I make a change in my life it gives me a new outlook. With the gray days of winter come bouts of depression. I have learned to get involved in a project like college classes, reading a new book and even starting a new sewing project. We must control our destiny. If we don’t we will be controlled by gray days and depressed thoughts.
